Responsibilities for the Cybersecurity Presales Specialist will include (but are not limited to):
Participate in supporting the full sales lifecycle from initial customer contact to contract signature
Support and complements other business development professionals to create market awareness for company products/solutions, grow product revenue, build and maintain customer relationships
Work with internal or partner sales teams to gain access to new and prospective customers
Serve as company and customer subject matter expert for assigned product/solution area(s)
Craft technical solutions for opportunities based on an understanding of customer and market needs
Articulate trends and requirements for future needs to company service centres and portfolios for future product/solution anticipated needs
Build experience in direct selling, developing winning proposals, and pricing solutions
Skills required for the Cybersecurity Presales Specialist include (but are not limited to):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Six or more years of sales engineering related experience in an assigned product/solution area
Experience carrying sales targets
Experience working with solution/product portfolios within the managed services industry including knowledge of competitors, service offerings, customer expectations, trends and issues
