Referral Scheme

When it comes to the value of networking, Excelerate is passionate about building powerful relationships based on trust, respect and excellence.

Our network and longevity of those relationships, many spanning almost two decades, continues to be a foundation of success and a key element in how we achieve the right results for our clients and candidates.

A significant Proportion of our networking is through positive word-of-mouth and referrals. As a way of saying thank you, we offer a one-off referral payment to anyone in our network who helps us to successfully place a candidate with a new role

Terms and Conditions

"The "Referral Candidate" must be registered with Excelerate Selection Ltd.

The "Referral Candidate" must not already be actively engaged with Excelerate Selection Ltd. (or we have not had contact with the candidate in the last 6 months).

The "Referral Candidate" must register the "Referred Candidate" by sending an email with their contact details and job title to - referrals@excelerate.co.uk.

Excelerate Selection Ltd confimrs in writing, acceptance of the "Referred Candidate" on to the scheme.

Where the same "Referred Candidate" is introduced by more than one referrer, only the first application received will qualify for the rewards.

Excelerate Selection Ltd will have successfully placed the "Referred Candidate" in a new role within 6 months of the date of application.

The reward is payable once the candidate has successfully completed probation period and the placement fee has been paid to Excelerate Selection Ltd.

For contract employment, the "Referred Candidate" must continue in the employment for a minimum period of three consecutive months, after which the reward will be paid.

The referrer should send an invoice to Excelerate Selection Ltd, once notified by email that the reward is eligible, payment will be made by BACS transfer within 14 days.

Excelerate Selection Ltd retains the right to alter the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice.
